The Villa is very conveniently located near all major attractions on the island. Grocery stores, restaurants, casinos, and beaches are all within walking distance.

Porto Cupecoy, a charming Mediterranean-style marina village located on the lagoon side, offers a beautiful promenade, boutiques, and numerous dining options.

The closest private beach is right in front of the villa — Cupecoy Beach — ranked #2 among the top 10 sites to visit in St. Martin. I travel extensively, and I truly cannot recall another place (besides Bora Bora) where I swam as much as I did in Cupecoy.

The next closest beach is Mullet Bay Beach (ranked #1, also within walking distance), large and popular beach located alongside the golf course. The famous Maho Beach where you can watch planes landing is just a short 5-minute drive away.

The villa is only a 10-minute drive from the airport and is positioned perfectly to enjoy both sides of the island — just minutes to Marigot and Grand Case on the French side, and even closer to the many restaurants, boutiques, and nightlife of Maho — home to the renowned Moulin Fou French restaurant and Casino Royale.
