  • Rates are based on double occupancy per bedroom

  • Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed

Payment

40% due 7 days after reservation is placed, balance due 60 days prior to island arrival.

Holiday Rentals: Balance due 90 days prior to island arrival.

  • Personal Check or ACH Electronic Transfer

  • Cashier’s Check / Money Order

  • Wire Transfers

Wire Transfer transactions are subject to a $50 fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of booking at any time may result in forfeiture of total money paid.

Refunds for the property rental will only be made under the following circumstances:

​

1. The property is unfit for habitation, and no equivalent substitute can be found; or

​

2. The property is rebooked for the period of the booking. If a portion of the rental time is rebooked then a pro-rated refund will be made based on days rebooked and value of rebooking.

​

Any refund given will be subject to a 20% service fee assessed against the total rental rate.

​It is advised to purchase Travel Insurance  like Travel Guard or CSA.
